2012 Trick or Treating- I went as a pregnant lady.

November 5, 2012

Because of the bad weather in our area (outskirts of sandy)
Most neighborhoods rescheduled their trick or treating night to saturday.
It was still a little chilly but the rain had stopped!
After a last minute sophie melt down/wardrobe change..we hit the streets! ;)
With a cowboy. bride. snow  princess/bride/who knows
Ben was the fun parent who dressed up with the kids…
I dressed up as a pregnant lady.
One house thought my costume was very realistic!
(I’m not even joking)
Ben and I were all excited when 30 minutes later sophie says
“I’m done with the houses.” haha.
We headed home to pass out candy! She got so excited every
time someone came to the door…
She might have liked it even more than going door to door herself.
Once the girls went to bed I thoroughly inspected their candy..
making sure to sample a few kitkats.
it’s my duty.
Hope everyone had a fun and safe Halloween.
We officially started Christmas Shopping!! (Target Costume Clearance aisle. ;)

I can’t believe halloween is over and we are into november….
That means baby is coming soon!

Glad to know that my girls were not the only ones who changed their minds/costumes last minute! There was no convincing my youngest to wear anything! She went as an opinionated toddler :)
Hope your pregnancy is going well and you are enjoying those final days of little kicks, wiggles and hiccups!

My kids liked answering the door better than trick or treating too! They would just shovel handfuls as long as they kids stood there. Your girls look adorable!

E likes to hand out the candy more than going around trick-or-treating too. He calls the kids our “customers”, so stinking cute. Glad you were a good mommy and sampled the chocolate to make sure it was safe, us good moms have to stick together right ;)

It is amazing how much your first daughter looks like your husband and your second one looks like you. I wonder who this baby will resemble? Both of my boys look like clones of their daddy. It’s not fair!

Sounds like a lovely halloween and they look so cute in their costumes. We don’t really celebrate it here in the UK. so unfortunately no trick or treating for us. We did however go to a little Halloween party where we dressed my daughter up as a witch- she looked so cute!
