Had a lovely Mother’s day…. I woke up to sophia and her grocery shopping cart on top of me. hehe. daddy said she wanted to give it to mama..she was trying to carry it up the stairs to me (sleeping in)
The hubby kicked butt in the present department….he randomly got me flowers a few days before..and then bought me a quesadilla maker?!!! it’s kinda an inside joke for us because that’s like all i ate when i was pregnant with sophia and this pregnancy is similar. we already tried it out.. delicious. much easier/faster when it cooks both sides at the same time!
ta daaaaa. the quesadilla maker…..

it was a little chilly today…so i made an apple crisp. i halved the recipe so i wouldn’t be tempted to eat the whole pan myself. the thing i love most about an apple crisp..i don’t feel guilty at alllllll about eating it for breakfast. hehe. here’s the recipe i posted with photos a while back. it’s a keeper. tried and true deliciousness!!
