Friday Favorites – Blogs to Follow!

January 22, 2016

For my birthday last weekend, we had a game night and my husband
arranged for my college roommate to drive in from Savannah as a surprise. I was SHOCKED!
I walked into my kitchen to find my friend, Mammy, who I hadn’t seen in 8 years standing right there!
I did a lot of screaming hugging and screaming again haha.
Such a fun surprise. That night we had some friends over for a game night and Mammy asked how I knew all the girls. And It ended up they ALL were friends I made through instagram. CRAZY.
But that’s really how it goes for me right now in this season….
I’ve met so many amazing women through blogs and instagram.

The blogging community I’ve found has been such a creative and inspiring
group of women and I love how they all help cheer each other on.
It is so fun seeing all of their creative projects and dreams happening!
Some of them I’ve never met in real life, others I’ve been able to connect with in the “real world” haha.
I’m so thankful for the blog friends who helped promote my Blogging E-Course for Moms.
It was so kind of them and I loved getting their reaction to the course!

I remember when I first started blogging….
Even more than posting every day, I would comment on other blogs that I followed
and would work on building that friendship and community.
I used to do a blog post roundup of favorite bloggers because I knew how much
I loved finding new ones to follow! Sometimes you don’t need to overthink what to blog about…
just share what you would love to read!
I thought I would share some girls today for you to check out.

Thanks so much for sharing these inspiring mom blogs! As a new blogger myself, I think you’re right, that this blogging thing (and even more so, this momma thing) is best supported by community involvement and engagement. Looking forward to reading more of your posts!
