My mom used to make Peanut Blossoms when I was a kid, it’s a staple at the Holidays!
A few years ago I got a cookie scooper..best invention ever!
I ended up giving one to my mom for Christmas one year. They make great gifts because some people
don’t realize how handy they are until they actually have one.

I made these yesterday and brought them to a family dinner at my parents’ house.
We had enough for some here and some to take to the neighbors.

These look so good! Dying to try them. What kind of cookie scoop do you have? I have a plastic one that I hate and would love it if Santa would replace it for me with a nice metal one! Thanks! Love your blog and your periscopes.

Do you push the chocolates in both kinds of cookies after they have baked or before? Do you just put a scoop on a pan for the blossoms or roll in a ball? And for the cups do you put a scoop in or make a ball too? Sorry I know these are classics but I have never made either! Cookie day round 1 is tomorrow at my house and they are going to our church bake sale!

I THINK it was target. But I’m sure bed bath and beyond has good ones too. I might have gotten one of mine there!
