Ham & Cheese Sliders with Special Sauce

We love sandwiches in our house! Especially Ham and Cheese.
But we like to kick them up a notch with this recipe!

Our sweet honey mustard sauce drizzled on top makes them extra special, and delicious!

For this recipe, Borden®  Cheese American Singles were added for its pure, creamy goodness. The cheese really helps transform this sandwich into something special. We LOVE cheese in our house and any good sandwich has to have a good amount of it! Fortunately, June is Dairy Month, and the perfect time to stock up on all our favorite Borden® Cheese products and varieties of singles, shreds and chunks.

You will love this recipe if you need to feed a crew. I like that I can throw it all in one pan and into the oven!
The warm, melty sandwiches are perfect comfort food when you don’t have a lot of time.IMG_9877

I think the best part about this recipe is that you really can take the general idea
and change up the sauce on top to how you like it! You can put more or less mustard depending on if your kids like it.

Sausage Egg Strata

I first made this recipe as newlyweds for our first Christmas.
Everyone loved it so much that I’ve been making it ever since!
People are always asking for the recipe so here you go!
Your soon to be favorite casserole…Sausage Egg Strata
This is a great recipe for Holidays because I always prep it the night before, it sets up
all night in the fridge and then you can just pop it in the oven in the morning!
The house starts smelling amazing and by the time everyone is ready to eat it’s toasty and yummy!

INGREDIENTS:
1 lb pork sausage
6 (1 ounce) slices of bread, cubed
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

I prefer to let people salt and pepper to taste on their plate!)

Party Food: A Pierogies Bar!

Almost 10 years ago, I married a polish boy and was introduced to the world of Pierogies!
Since then, we almost always have Mrs. T’s Pierogies in our freezer!
Today, I’m sharing a fun food bar theme that’s perfect for appetizers or party food!
A Pierogies Bar!

We use Mrs. T’s Mini Pierogies when we do this since we add
a bunch of toppings into our bowls.
Today, we chose the classic cheddar and potato and the four cheese medley.
They’re loaded with flavor and so good! Both favorites in our house!

I love food bars because you can really let each person customize their
bowl just how they want it and people love options!
You can make the pierogies bar a meatless option by skipping the kielbasa.
(Another thing I was introduced to after marrying Ben! ;)

I put out a bunch of toppings that I know my kids love.
We had shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, frizzed up kielbasa,
chopped green onions and hot sauce for the hubby!
The pierogies can be cooked a bunch of different ways…
but today we boiled some and fried some!
