Basic Beauty Routine

February 8, 2010

I had a recent reader
leave me this comment!
So I thought I would share with you
my basic beauty routine.
These are the products that I use
on a daily basis..and I LOVE them.
The one thing I live by is the Pore Refining Toner. It really gets rid of all your dry skin cells and once you moisturize..your skin is prepped and ready for makeup! It makes it go on so much better. I have anything but perfect skin…but these concealers and foundations work like magic! I didn’t always use a brow brush but it really helps pull you all together! get a good brow brush they are pretty cheap at target. i went to the MAC counter and had them help me pick out the right shade. you don’t want to be a crazy lady with drawn on eyebrows..
(thats why i went with the powder)

Here are my picks! I would love to hear some of your favorite products!

    Hey Natalie!
Great blog— glad I checked it out!

Loved your make-up recommendations… you inspired me to buy the Clinque Quick Corrector. I was looking for a good under-eye product.

Anyway, I just ordered it online and googled “free shipping for clinque” and found this coupon code:FSCHAT07
    I found it here: http://www.retailmenot.com/view/clinique.com

It worked for me and I got totally free shipping– thought I’d pass along the great hint to you and your readers.

Hope all is well! Congrats on baby #2!

I was just looking through the archives and found this post. Love it! I want to try out a few of these tips and was wondering if you use the toner even when you’re pregnant? I’ve been skipping toner because I know salicylic acid is a no-no for us pregnant ladies, but it would be great if this one’s ok.
