It’s an easy recipe that will give the wow factor, and happy taste buds, at your next Holiday gathering!
I’m using quality and delicious ingredients, like
Breyers Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream
to make my Mint – Ice Cream – Brownie Bars!
breyers-athomewithnatalie
It’s the perfect combo of mint chocolate chip ice cream and brownies, topped with melted
milk chocolate chips and chopped up mint Oreos!
My kids saw me making this and it was blowing their mind!

We love having friends over and even though it’s a busy time of year, I love
making the effort to gather together and just have fun doing life together!
Building friendship and making memories.
We are going with an easy gathering and just doing a dessert for everyone to enjoy together.
I set up a little sweet station in just a few minutes by grabbing decor from around the house.
Simple and sweet!

If you can melt, mix and chop then you can make this recipe. ;)
Just layer up the goodness and serve!

INGREDIENTS:
Breyers Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream
Mint Oreos
Bag of Milk Chocolate Morsels
6 TB Butter
Brownie Mix (or favorite Brownie Recipe)

STEPS:
Make your brownie mix as directed, pour into a 9×13” pan.
Tip: Use parchment paper to make it nice and easy to cut out the bars at the end!

Once the brownies are baked and cooled, layer them with the ice cream.
Tip: Let the ice cream sit out on the counter for a little so that it’s still frozen but easy to spread.

Pop them in the freezer to harden while you prep the topping!
Grab your Oreos and chop up however many you want to sprinkle across the top.
You’ll want to have these ready to go to put on the chocolate layer.

In a bowl melt the chocolate morsels and butter.
Do 15-30 second intervals in the microwave and stir in between.

Pull the brownies out of the freezer and cover with the
melted chocolate and the chopped up Oreos.

Put back in the freezer to let the ice cream set even more.
I suggest 4 hours to chill just so they hold up better when you cut and plate them.
I wasn’t so patient this time and had to plate them as soon as possible..and then taste test.

UMM…Heaven. minty chocolate heaven.

They end up being so pretty and equally as tasty.
I love this recipe because you can really get custom with it…
Choose your favorite Breyers ice cream or cookie/candy toppings and make it all your own!
